A number of their rooms boast elegant king-size four-poster beds, while the majority are furnished with equally dramatic half-tester canopied bbeds. Curtains and bed hangings are natural linen while the headboards and valances are hand embroidered; the beds are dressed with cotton sheets, large square feather pillows, and traditional pure woollen blankets.
Every room has an antique desk or writing table with conveniently placed power and telecommunication sockets; most rooms also have a separate table enabling you to enjoy room service without disturbing your work. The bathrooms have traditional Victorian style fittings combined with a lavish use of warm limestone.
